5th edition of the International Air Cadets’ Week organized by the Polish Air Force University

Between April 20–24, 2026, a delegation from "Henri Coandă" Air Force Academy participated in the 5th edition of the International Air Force Cadet's Week, organized by Lotnicza Akademia Wojskowa in Dęblin, Poland.

The delegation, consisting of Major Cosmin Despa, Student sergeant Daria Huzdup, and Student corporal Gabriel Fârcal, engaged with students and military staff from partner academies across Europe, exchanging experiences on the training of future air force officers.

The program included academic presentations, visits to the host university's training facilities, military drill demonstrations, and sports activities. A highlight of the visit was the tour of Dęblin Military Air Base, one of the key air bases dedicated to the training of Polish military pilots.

The participation also provided an opportunity to explore Polish culture and traditions, contributing to the strengthening of international cooperation and the development of professional relationships among future air force officers.
