The meeting of the European Union Air Force Academies (EUAFA) working group

Between 16–17 April 2026, the meeting of the European Union Air Force Academies (EUAFA) working group took place at the headquarters of the Cyprus Security and Defence Academy, with the participation of representatives from eight universities and academies. The session was chaired by Col. Assoc. Prof. Cosmina-Oana Roman, PhD, Vice-Rector for Programs and International Relations, and Col. Prof. habil. Adrian Lesenciuc, PhD, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research.

The aim of EUAFA is to facilitate the exchange of information in the field of aviation education and training, as well as to create opportunities for international exchange programmes

The outcomes of the working group meeting will be implemented within the EUAFA Commandants’ Conference, scheduled to take place in June 2026 in Cyprus.
